Since 1997, the German-Czech Youth Exchange Coordination Centres – Tandem – have been opening up opportunities for young people to visit their neighbouring country. Tandem supports the search for partners, offers financial support and German-Czech language animation, and provides advice and training on all aspects of organising German-Czech encounters for children and young people. The services are aimed at voluntary and full-time youth workers, teachers of all school types, educators and young people.
